RETURN AND REFUND
1.Clearance Products: Clearance products are non-returnable; only exchanges are possible for damaged items.
2.Free Replacement: We offer free replacements for damaged or incorrect products received.
3.Return Charges: A nominal charge of ₹100 per shipment applies for return is possible if the unboxing video in uncut version is provided and you receive a damaged good/product. This is applicable after our quality assurance team confirms that the product is unused and not compromised.
4.Customized Products: Refunds are not applicable for customized products.
5.Issue Resolution Time: We aim to resolve issues within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays)..
Exchange Period & Return Window: :You can initiate an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
