3. Return Charges: A nominal charge of ₹99 per shipment applies for returns due to dissatisfaction (e.g., not liking the product). This is applicable after our quality assurance team confirms that the product is unused and not compromised.

4. Customized Products: Refunds are not applicable for customized products.
